Should I book air duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning?
If the vents in several rooms are your concern, ask about supply and return duct cleaning. If the problem is limited to long drying times or lint at the laundry exhaust, ask about dryer vent cleaning. These are separate systems. Tell us what you noticed when you call.
Should I book a chimney sweep or a chimney repair visit?
For soot or debris in the fireplace or flue, start with chimney sweeping. For a cracked crown or a leak where the chimney meets the roof, ask about chimney repair. If you are unsure, describe what you see from indoors or the ground.
